It's a super quick & easy routine you can follow in just a few minutes. This is a routine I have used many times myself on my little girl.
Reflexology can aid sleep and this routine covers all the areas we can to help super boost this relaxing therapy into one that will promote
sleep.
In addition to the routine video, you also have access to an introductory video so you have all the information you need to get started on your baby's reflexology journey.
In this routine I cover all of the areas needed when someone has a chest infection such as the lung and chest reflexes.
This is a routine I use on my own daughter as and when needed. It's a quick and simple routine that you can do within a couple of minutes at home.
In addition to the routine video, you also have access to my free footmap and introductory videos so you have all the information you need to get started.
My daughter didn't sleep well to begin with, so I started to use reflexology as part of my mummy toolkit. It helps me and my daughter (and many others) with sleep.
Now I'm not sure if this is a fluke, distraction or magic, but I always found that doing reflexology on my little girl would stop her from crying from her teething pain.
I used reflexology routines targeted on her stomach & digestive organs when she had an upset stomach, wind, constipation or when she just seemed uncomfortable.
The power of touch has been shown to increase parental bonding, decrease stress (for both parent & baby) and boost oxytocin (the hormone of love). It is also a wonderful sensory experience for your little one.
This routine targets the sinuses, head and 'organs of elimination' reflex areas.
I have devised a number of routines which I have needed myself for my little one, or have been requested by other parents, such as for the hiccups.
